I discovered these Maple Glazed Pork Chops in a magazine decades ago and with a few tweaks, they quickly became a family favorite. These chops only take a few minutes to prepare, using ingredients you may already have in your pantry!

Start by adding a rub of salt, paprika, cumin, cinnamon and pepper to the pork chops (bone-in or boneless). Bake for 15 minutes in the oven, then add the glaze of maple syrup, butter and Dijon mustard. Bake for 5 minutes more and dinner is ready! It’s that easy!

I prepare these Maple Glazed Pork Chops using Lakanto Sugar Free Maple Syrup* to keep the net carbs to just 2 per serving. Regular maple syrup will add about 7g of net carbs per serving.
