Low Carb Strawberry Smoothie

I’ve always loved smoothies, but they are usually a no-no on a low carb diet with their high sugar content. I was determined to create a version that didn’t use sugar substitutes or artificial ingredients, and came up the idea for this Low Carb Strawberry Smoothie recipe while in the grocery store!

I discovered Two Good Yogurt a few years ago, and have been impressed with their range of flavors and commitment to the environment. While I highly recommend their products, any low carb yogurt will work in this Low Carb Strawberry Smoothie recipe. Just be sure to adjust the macros accordingly!

There are also many great low carb protein powders on the market these days. Choose what you have on hand or what you find locally. I use collagen peptides as they support healthy hair, nails, skin, bones and joints. Vital Proteins’ powder also includes Hyaluronic Acid which supports skin hydration and elasticity. We can use all the help with aging we can get, right?
