Ingredients

Mozzarella pearls

or 15 large, cut in half
Instructions
Combine olive oil, Italian seasoning and garlic in small bowl. Add mozzarella and marinade for at least 30 minutes.
Cut grape or cherry tomatoes in half. Marinate in balsamic vinegar for 30 minutes.
Discard leftover marinades.
Thread skewers as follows: mozzarella pearl, tomato half, basil leaf, mozzarella pearl, tomato half, mozzarella pearl, basil leaf.
Notes
While the recipe calls for 1/4 cup of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, I measured after marinating and found that only one tablespoon was absorbed for each. I used this measure to calculate the nutrition information.
